Never imagined Ventura Munitions could let me down . .
. . . but this .357 SIG 125gr TC was a huge disappointment. I WILL NOT be making another purchase of THIS stuff, ever! 1st) the ammo was pretty "mild" recoil in my Glock 32, like a 9mm+P or, an underpowered .357. I don't own a chronograph to give you the exact fps data. 2nd) about 20% of my 250 count box DID NOT go pop! Fail to fire, were consistently 1 to 2 cartridges out of every 10 rounds. I'm glad these were just practice rnds! But even during practice, it is annoying to have this poor quality & performance. I thought it was my gun. It was NOT my gun. My G32 ran 100% with two other brands I ran thru. I must have got a bad lot somehow? Won't be buying any more tho.

Great ammo. I'm saving them for self defense. Shoots well. Through my Springfield XD Tactical 5" they are rather accurate.

Great ammo
This is great target ammo. My G32 and my Sig P229 eat it up without any problems.

Price and Fires fine, but...
Good price (30 cents/rnd) and reliable as far as no FTF, FTE or misfires. Now the bad... side by side comparison through the same gun (Glock 32) with the Ventura reloads and name brand factory ammo absolutely showed that at any range the Ventura was very lacking in accuracy. 6 in groups at 10 yds against 3 in group from name brand. Ventura provides value for practice in weapon manipulation (double tap, trigger discipline after trigger adjustments) If I had to learn the quirks of a .357 gun I had not shot before I would use this ammo (affordable) After I am comfortable with a new gun I would use brand name to refine the results of the training with Ventura.
