    I am hoping there was an error in the measurements because it is so hard to find defensive 9x23 Win. Ammo. I bought two boxes and it is quality ammo from components to assembly, and they function perfectly in all of my guns. The chronograph only gave them 1,330 fps, which is below the 38 super. I have written Ventura and I hope they will respond. Their ammo is good, that is why I think there is something wrong somewhere, but I will not be buying until I know
